President, ONEIMAGE, LLC, May 2002 to the present. ONEIMAGE is a Colorado Corporation that builds agro-environmental information systems for in-field, regional and national level descriptions of farms, food production and agro-environmental systems. We collaborate with our valued partners who have a history of knowledge, experience and understanding of rural populations, agriculture, large temporal-spatial technologies and those solutions that can support sustainable agro-ecosystems.  

Vice President and Director, Integrated Decision Systems, VantagePoint Network, 1999 - 2001. Deere and Company, Ft. Collins, Colorado.

 Principal Investigator and Co-Founder, Congressionally Funded Program CSREES/USDA. National Center for Resource Innovations (NCRI) 1990-1999 – A national not-for-profit educational organization incorporated in Washington, D.C in 1990.  NCRI’s mission: to build integrated spatial-temporal information systems for primarily rural private and public decision makers.

 Co-Chairman, Chesapeake Bay Decision Support System Working Group – NRCS/USDA State Conservationists. 1992-1995. Providing technical assistance to a Coalition of the six State Conservationists, universities, state and other federal agencies to build comprehensive information systems that could lead to imporved resource conservation in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

 Consultant/Director, GIS Project, American Farmland Trust.January 1984 - June, 1989. Geographic Information Systems Project - a program to help deliver Geographic Information Systems tech-nologies to primarily rural policy makers for natural resource-based decision making.
