Co-Chairman, Chesapeake Bay Decision Support System Working Group – NRCS/USDA State Conservationists. 1992-1995. Providing technical assistance to a Coalition of the six State Conservationists, universities, state and other federal agencies to build comprehensive information systems that could lead to imporved resource conservation in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
